Product rejection policy

Please make sure to read the product rejection policy thoroughly, as products that violate the policy may be returned/rejected.
If your product has been rejected, you can submit them again for review after modifying the parts that violate the policy.

Unsupported product formats

If you register a completed creative work, your product will be rejected.

You cannot sell completed illustrations, comics, and videos.
β€’
If any factors limiting the user experience are found, the request will be rejected

Please remove any factors that limit file downloads, such as time restrictions or file locking.

Invalid file format

If you register a product file that is different from the product description, your product will be rejected.
β—¦
The contents of the file must match the written description.
β€’
If you register a SKP with a recent version, your product will be rejected.
β—¦
You can only register SKP files with versions 2013 and 2017.
How to Save SKP Files in Lower Versions In the latest version of SketchUp (2024 and later), saving files in versions earlier than 2022 is not possible due to version integration.
If you are using the latest version, please convert your file using one of the methods below before uploading.

To save in a lower version, download and install an add-on software such as an extension (Ruby) and convert the file.

Please choose and download the add-on software that matches your system specifications.
2.
Download SketchUp 2023 (the version just before the latest one) and use it to convert the file to a lower version.

If you violate the file naming guidelines, your product will be rejected.

Remember that we are a global platform. All file names must be set in English.

Requests will be rejected if the original PDF document is not provided when selling on external sites.

The ACON professional CS team must retain the original documents of the products in order to respond to product inquiries. When selling products on external sites, please ensure that the original product documents are provided in PDF format.

Usage of inappropriate images

Thumbnail

Please ensure that the Thumbnail clearly displays the product without any obstructions to enhance its visual appeal.

Rejection Due to Unauthorized Text in the Image

Only the brand name or product title may be included in the Thumbnail . If the product title is modified, the main image must be updated accordingly.
If these requirements cannot be met, we recommend submitting a plain image without any text to avoid rejection.

If your thumbnail image has a border, your product will be rejected.

We prohibit the use of borders in thumbnail images, as they may be mistaken for special promotion products.

Detailed description image

Requests will be rejected if images are not attached in the detailed description.

Please make sure to attach product images along with the text.

If you insert any profanities or adult images, your product will be rejected.

If you wish to register an adult product, please register it after marking it as an adult product.

Omission of Required Product Information

If the supported file extensions vary by product file, you must specify the relevant extensions or compatible software in the product details.

If the product is compatible only with a specific software version, a notice must be included.
Example: The facial expression feature is only supported in Clip Studio 3.0.

If all product files share the same extension and software compatibility, separate notation is not required. You can verify product file composition and size under the [File Information] section on the Acorn product page.

Copyright infringements and usage of AI

Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the copyright guidelines!
The seller is responsible for any copyright issues that arise. To prevent this, we provide guidance materials and operate a reporting center, so please review this information before registering your products.

If you make excessive use of free/paid warehouse materials, your product will be rejected.

If your contributions to the product is excessively low, it will not be allowed to be sold.

If your product is a secondary creation of another creator's product, your product will be rejected.

You cannot sell secondary creations that have been created by purchasing materials that are currently being sold on ACON.

If there is unauthorized copying of someone else's creations, the request will be rejected.

Products that are similar to someone else's creations cannot be sold.

Even for products that are already on sale, if a copyright infringement report is received, the sale of the product will be suspended in accordance with the penalty policy.

If you do not indicate the source of external materials, your product will be rejected.

If external sources are used, please make sure to specify the usage points and sources.

If you use an existing logo/brand name, your product will be rejected.

You cannot use existing logos/brand names. If you choose to use them, you must change their appearance extensively. Please use a fictional logo created by the seller, as shown in the image below.
If the modifications make it difficult to associate the brand with the logo, you may sell the product.

If the actual platform logo is used, the request will be rejected.

The actual platform name (e.g., Acon, etc.) can be used, but the logo cannot be used.

If AI is used in the product creation process, the request will be rejected.

If AI is used in the product description and file creation, the product cannot be sold.

If a copyrighted product is used without authorization, all resulting issues and responsibilities lie with the seller.

Inclusion of inappropriate material

If you include inappropriate keywords, your product will be rejected.

If you use any violent or provocative words, your product sales will be prohibited.

If wording from another site is used, the request will be rejected.

If you use terms relating to other websites (e.g., sponsorships, gifts, support, rewards, etc.), your product sales will be prohibited.
You may use sales history and review images from other platforms for simple promotional purposes.

If you include your personal contact information or address, your product will be rejected.

If you include your social media plug or a commercial link to another website, your product sales will be prohibited.

If you include any derogatory content, your product will be rejected.

If your product includes any content that is meant to degrade specific organizations or individuals, your product sales will be prohibited.

Rejection policy for adult products

1. Adult product option deactivated

If your product has been classified as an adult product, but the adult production option has been deactivated.
2. Unconfirmed partner creator information
β€’
If you have registered an adult product without submitting settlement information.
3. Child abuse and sexual exploitation content
β€’
If your product includes images or videos that sexually depict minors.
4. Pornography
β€’
If the product is likely to be classified as pornography based on regulations regarding information and communication (e.g., explicit images of genitals that have not been blurred; videos of sexual violence such as bestiality, rape, or gang rape, or incest; sadism/masochism; voyeurism). Essentially, all images, videos, and content that cannot be distributed or depicted and are socially unacceptable.

5. A detailed depiction of violence and crimes

If there is a detailed description of acts that may lead to self-harm, suicide, or death.

If glorifying drug and weapon use, realistically describing criminal methods, or encouraging crime.

If providing a detailed description of, or encouraging, kidnapping, human trafficking, murder, injury, torture, body damage, organ trafficking, etc.

If providing a detailed description of, or glorifying, threats, injuries, assaults, murder, etc. against elders, pregnant women, handicapped individuals, children, and other social minorities.

If including content that insults and encourages hatred against victims of real crimes/incidents.

If including detailed descriptions of killing and abusing animals, or corpses of animals, in a manner that invokes a sense of cruelty and disgust.
6. Other violations of current laws and internal policies

If the manager determines that the content is likely to violate current laws regarding unsuitable content for youth, or contracts, terms of use, and internal policies relating to ACON partnership entry.
