Finding your ACON ID/password•
Finding your ID
1) Go to ACON, then click on [Find ID] at the bottom of the log-in page.
2) Enter your name and email address.

Finding your password
1) Go to ACON, then click on [Find password] at the bottom of the log-in page.
2) Enter your ID (email address).
3) Follow the directions in the email that will be sent to the email address linked to your account information in order to reset your password.
You can only find your password if you are logged out from ACON.

1) Go to your Partner Hub. Click on [Find Password], which is located on the bottom of your log-in page.
2) Enter your ID (email address) and brand name.
3) Reset your password using the email that will be sent to your ID (email address).
