Your settlement submission may be rejected if there is an issue with any part of the settlement information.
We will be guiding you through the corrections that should be made via email. Please refer to those emails to make edits to your settlement information.
1) Go to your "Inbox" > "Settlement rejection mail" to check which sections need to be edited.
2) Go to the Partner Hub > [My Page] > [Settlement Information] to make the necessary edits.
3) After making the edits, click on [Submit] to resubmit the settlement materials.
4) The manager will review the materials within 3 business days

You can start selling your products before the settlement information has been approved. However, you will not be able to receive your settlement payments.

If any issues arise regarding the edits that you made, the settlement information application may be rejected again.
