Your registration request may be rejected if there are any issues with any part of your registration materials.
We will send you an email detailing which part of your materials should be modified. Please edit your registration materials by referring to this email.

Rejection email will be sent to the address registered under your ID (email).
2.
Please check the reason for rejection in the “ACON Partner Creator Revise Applicant Information” included in the email.

Information required according to each rejection reason can be found in the Partner Guide.
3.
When you log in to Partner Hub, you will be automatically directed to the [Edit Information] page.
4.
Please edit and resubmit the items indicated in the rejection reason section.
5.
Your submission will be reviewed by the ACON team within 3 business days.

You may register your product before the registration is confirmed, but you cannot open it up for sales before the registration request is approved.
•
Your registration request may be rejected again if there are any issues with the modifications.
