Your registration request may be rejected if there are any issues with any part of your registration materials.
We will send you an email detailing which part of your materials should be modified. Please edit your registration materials by referring to this email.
Modifying your registration materials1) Go to "Mail">"Registration rejection mail" to check the parts that need to be modified.
2) Go to "Partner hub">[Edit information] page to modify the parts that need to be modified.
3) After modification, click [Submit] to submit the registration materials again.
4) The manager will review the materials within 3 business days.
Please note•
You may register your product before the registration is confirmed, but you cannot open it up for sales before the registration request is approved.
