You can fix the rejected product and get a second review.
Denied products cannot be reviewed again.

1) Unsupported product type
•
Rejected when registering a finished creation

You cannot sell a completed illustration, comic, video, etc.
•
Rejected when registering a higher version of SKP file
◦
Only 2013 and 2017 versions of SKP files are allowed to be registered.
•
Rejected for filename guideline violations
◦
ACON is global platform, so all product filenames must be set to English.
•
Rejected if product file is different from product description
◦
The product discription must match the file.
•
Rejected if elements that limit the user experience are found
◦
Please remove elements that restrict file downloads, such as file locks, etc.
2) Use of inappropriate images
•
Rejected when inserting text in thumbnail
◦
Please use pure product images for thumbnails to enhance product appeal.
Thumbnails without text can showcase the product better
•
Rejected when inserting thumbnail image borders
◦
Inserting a border is prohibited because it can be mistaken for a special product such as a promotion.
•
Rejected when inserting text in the image
◦
Text in images cannot be automatically translated.
Therefore, it is not recommended to insert text.
◦
If you need to insert characters, please insert them with English.
•
Rejected for profanity, adult images
◦
For adult products, please select the adult checkbox.
3) Copyright violation and use of AI
•
Rejected for copying someone else's work
◦
You may not sell products that closely resemble other people's products.
◦
Even if your product is already on sale, if a copyright violation report is received, the sale will be stopped immediately and a penalty will be applied.
•
Reject for excessive use of external sources
◦
Sales will be prohibited if the proportion of your own creation is excessively small.
•
Rejected if it's a secondary creation of someone else's product
◦
You may not sell secondary works that are derivative of products purchased from ACON.
•
Reject if hiding external source credit
◦
If you use an external source, please be sure to indicate the source credit.
•
Rejected for using an existing logo/brand name
◦
Use of existing logos/brand names is prohibited.
•
Reject if the product was created by AI
4) Inappropriate content
•
Rejected without image in description
◦
Please make sure to attach a product image at your product description.
•
Rejected for including personal contact information and addresses
◦
Social media addresses and links to sales on other sites are prohibited.
•
Rejected for containing content with derogatory intent
◦
Sales are prohibited if they contain derogatory intent towards specific organizations and people.
Adult Product Rejection Policy
1. Unchecked Adult product option
•
If it is determined to be an adult product, but not checked for the adult product.
Adjust and sell it as a regular product or check [For Adult]
2. Unverified partner creator information
•
If an adult product is registered without submitting information
3. Child abuse and sexual exploitation
•
If there are images, videos, etc. in which children and adolescents are represented as sexual objects
4. Obscene material
•
If there is a possibility that the product may be determined to be obscene based on the deliberation regulations on information and communication.
Ex. Images and videos depicting naked genitals without any blurring.
Sexual violence crimes (bestiality, rape, rape, etc.) or incest, sadistic/pedophilia, voyeurism, etc.
Images, videos, and content that are unacceptable in terms of depiction and social norms.
5. Graphic depictions of violence and crime
•
Specific depictions of self-harm, suicide, or behavior that could lead to death.
•
Glorifies crime, including the use of drugs and weapons, depicts criminal methods in a graphic manner, or encourages crime.
•
Depicts graphic scenes of cruelty and violence or promotes crimes such as kidnapping, human trafficking, murder, maiming, torture, disfigurement, or organ trafficking.
•
Specifically depicts or glorifies the intimidation, injury, assault, or murder of the elderly, pregnant women, people with disabilities, children, or vulnerable people.
•
Promotes victim-blaming and hatred of actual crimes or events.
•
Specifically depicting the killing, abuse, or corpses of animals, etc. to create a sense of cruelty or disgust.
6. Other violations of current laws and internal policies.
•
If the person in charge determines that it is likely to violate current laws related to youth unsuitable content or the ACON3D Partnership Entry Agreement, Terms of Use, or internal policies.
